Getting to the arboretum is straightforward whether you’re driving or using public transport. If you’re driving from Seoul, take Highway 3 towards Yangpyeong; it should take about an hour depending on traffic. There’s ample parking available — free spaces for up to 100 sedans or 30 buses.
I was not expecting this, but if you’re relying on public transport, catch a bus from Dong Seoul Bus Terminal heading directly to Yangpyeong-eup. Upon arrival in town, local buses or taxis can take you to the entrance without much hassle.
