구룡포청소년수련원의 모든 프로그램은 이 아름다운 경관을 지키고 가꾸는 환경인식과 에코예술체험을 일깨우는 심성 인성훈련으로 이루어져 있다.
유라시아 대륙을 달려온 대륙의 동쪽 땅끝마을에서부터 호미곶 해맞이광장까지 해파랑길 도보, 자전거 탐험을 할 수 있는 이곳은 변화를 위한 첫 걸음을 걷기 최적의 장소이다.
