서천 금빛노을 서울캠핑장은 충남 서천군 마서면에 자리 잡고 있다. 서천군청을 기점으로 6㎞가량 떨어졌다. 자동차를 타고 서천로, 장서로, 대백제로를 이어 달려 도착까지 걸리는 시간은 10분 안팎이다. 이곳은 한적한 시골 고지대에 위치한 덕분에 발아래로 내려다보이는 풍경이 일품이다. 고지대라고 해서 차를 타고 험로를 오르진 않는다. 운전하는데 전혀 불편함이 없이 다다를 수 있다. 캠핑장에는 일반 야영장 15면을 마련했는데, 데크 위에 텐트를 설치했기 때문에 별도로 텐트를 준비해야 하는 수고스러움을 덜 수 있다. 사이트 크기는 가로 4m 세로 4m이다. 개인 트레일러와 카라반 동반 입장은 불가능하며, 반려동물의 경우 소형견에 한해 출입이 가능하다. 매년 12월부터 이듬해 3월까지 휴장이다.캠핑장 주변에 국립생태원, 장항항, 금강하굿둑 등 관광지가 많다. 금강하굿둑 인근에 여러 음식점이 성업 중이다.
